- Is there now potential for a successful capacity development project for agricultural innovation?
- What are the necessary assumptions and what are the potential risks?
These learning tools and exercises require users to think deeply about capacity development strategies; to be open to new and different ways of viewing challenges and devising solutions; to be ready to revisit ideas and redo exercises after field testing and modify approaches if necessary; to take ownership of the process; and to respect and trust fellow participants.
This guidebook aims to encourage an ongoing, iterative process of learning and reflection. This process is not meant to be either rigid or mechanical, nor is the guidance here meant to be prescriptive.
